Candy Maker and Confectioner

We are seeking a skilled Candy Cook and Confectioner to join our team at CM Ventures. As a key member of our retail store, you will be responsible for creating high-quality fudge, caramel, and dipped items that exceed customer expectations.

• Prepare and make a variety of candies, including fudge, caramel, and dipped items.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
• Restock inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills in customer service, cooking, and sales techniques.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales or cooking experience is a plus, but not required.
