Candy Maker

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Candy Cook and Confectioner to join our team at CM Ventures. As a key member of our retail store, you will be responsible for creating high-quality fudge, caramel corns, brittles, caramel, and dipped items that exceed customer expectations.

• Prepare and make a variety of sweet treats, including fudge, caramel, and dipped items.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
• Restock inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Assist with sales, promotions, and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in customer service, cooking, and sales techniques.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift 40 pounds, and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
