Outpatient Physical Therapist

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Los Angeles, California.
Job SummaryAs a Physical Therapist with Kaiser Permanente, you will be responsible for the physical therapy management of patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and interpret examination findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction relative to persons limited by medical problems, birth defects, or health-related conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore patients' abilities to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives.
- Administer or prescribe modalities and other physical agents to promote healing and recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective discharge planning.
- Provide education and advice to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and self-management.
- Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures, as well as applicable state, federal, and local laws.
- Completion of an accredited PT training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California) required at hire OR Physical Therapist License (California) required at hire.
- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Basic Life Support required at hire from American Heart Association.
- Member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
