Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to address physical therapy needs.
- Conduct clinical testing and assessments to determine muscle strength, reflexes, sensation, coordination, range of motion, and other sensory motor skills.
- Administer and prescribe modalities and other physical agents to promote patient recovery.
- Develop and implement exercise programs to improve patient function and mobility.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Completion of an accredited PT training program with a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapist License in California.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- Member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
