Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and future residents by following up on leads, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Schedule and complete tours, pay invoices, and manage resident files.
  • Manage a team of maintenance and leasing staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
