Handyman Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Handyman to join our team at Nandail Property Management. As a General Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repair of our properties, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs, as well as general cleaning and upkeep.

• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct general cleaning and upkeep of properties, including trash and recycling management.
• Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as required.
• Repair and paint structural elements, including doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems.
• Utilize basic math skills for task completion.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Stay organized and tackle challenges effectively.
• Maintain high standards in all work.

• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is essential.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Flexible availability is important.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• A contractor or journeyman license is an advantage.
