We are seeking a Full-Time Senior Specialist in Logistics to provide essential support to our operations at ADVANTEDGE TECHNOLOGY, INC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive logistics support services for modernization initiatives.
  • Act as a pivotal member of the logistics team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Oversee the management of logistics materials and integrated support systems.
  • Track and expedite shipments, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to prevent operational delays.
  • Identify and rectify logistics discrepancies while managing high-priority requisitions.
  • Implement change control management and documentation updates in logistics processes.
  • Provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) deliverables and conduct logistics assessments.
  • Ensure readiness levels of systems are maintained at optimal standards for operational deployment.
  • Manage data related to reconfigurations and baselines effectively.
  • Utilize various logistics and configuration management applications proficiently.
  • Engage with engineers, technicians, and other logistics professionals to facilitate project success.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree with 7-10 years of relevant logistics experience, or equivalent experience without a degree.
  • Ability to work autonomously and guide team members effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate expectations and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to produce clear and detailed reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Navy Logistics School and NAVSEA logistics processes.
  • 8-10 years of direct experience in logistics related to modernization programs.

Physical Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
