Your role will involve the meticulous coordination of import compliance activities, ensuring that all necessary documentation and procedures are adhered to.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage daily with customs brokers and internal departments to facilitate the efficient and precise customs clearance of imports.
  • Collaborate on the classification of imported goods under the harmonized tariff schedule (HS), maintaining an accurate HS import database.
  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and strategic planning efforts aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to foster awareness and support for compliance activities.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field, with a keen interest in international trade compliance.

  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Certification as a Customs Specialist is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it within two years.
  • This position requires on-site presence at our headquarters.
