Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Batching Operator to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting production goals and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, stage, weigh, and mix ingredients according to product recipes
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Technician to analyze results and make adjustments to batches as needed
  • Pre-weigh, blend, and liquefy components for beverage preparation
  • Accurately document lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers
  • Operate forklift to load/move ingredients, following all safety procedures
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to speak effectively with management and employees at all levels
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work up to 12 hour shifts, day or night, overtime
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing people/projects
