About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Soda Associate to join our team at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a key member of our Front of the House team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional Guest Satisfaction and delivering our brand promise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Servers by completing final garnish of desserts, ensuring plate presentation meets our high standards, and organizing orders for timely delivery.
  • Deliver desserts to Guests at the counter and tables, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, including Front and Heart of House Associates, to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous restaurant experience is not required, but preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
