Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and coordinating unit functions. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care, ensuring alignment with established policies. This position serves as a resource for staff, fostering an unparalleled patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to customize and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to drive improved outcomes and services.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure is required.
