Job Title: ECM Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) tools such as ECM Filenet, Content Collector, and Content Navigator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development skills.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and configure applications within our ECM suite to meet complex business requirements.
* Collaborate with business partners to understand and address their needs effectively.
* Provide support for the ECM application suite and ensure system stability.
* Implement best practices for software development, system administration, and ECM configuration.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ECM solutions and processes.

Requirements:

* 8 years of full-stack professional software development experience, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
* Strong experience (5+ years) with React JS, Node JS, HTML, and CSS.
* Expertise in IBM ECM Suite - FileNet Content Manager/Content Navigator.
* Solid background (6+ years) in Java/J2EE technologies.
* Experience with REST and SOAP services using Spring Boot framework.
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Dojo/Dijit/widget.
* Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and experience with SQL Server.
* Understanding of model-view-controller (MVC) architecture.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
* Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, and SNS/SQS.
* Proficient in source control and development workflows using Bitbucket, Git.
* Familiarity with API architectures, including microservice strategies.
