Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global product development strategies to drive business growth and market leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and opportunities.
  • Manage product life cycles from concept to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Own market requirement specification documents and ensure product development priorities align with customer needs.
  • Work with finance to develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Attend company operations and planning meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in technical marketing, process development, or product development roles in the semiconductor or capital equipment industry.
  • Masters or PhD in Material Science, Electrical/Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Process, hardware, or device experience in semiconductors or capital equipment, with ALD, CVD, or Epi experience a plus.
  • Direct customer engagement or supplier management experience.
  • Ability to work with multiple internal disciplines on a portfolio of products.
  • Understanding of product life cycles and technical marketing.
  • High level of proficiency in capital equipment systems in semiconductor or similar industries.
  • Ability to travel globally.
