Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Research Nurse to join our team. As a Research Nurse, you will play a critical role in conducting clinical drug study protocols, ensuring that patients receive quality care, and providing accurate data to sponsors and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to identify and prioritize patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Coordinate clinical drug study protocols, ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements, FDA regulations, and BSR policies and procedures
- Provide education to patients and families on study protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or oncology nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
