At Pro Tunnel Parts, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Advanced CNC Manufacturing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with manufacturing processes, operating CNC machines, and providing support to the production team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manufacturing Process Support: Assist with manufacturing processes, operate CNC machines, and provide support to the production team.
  • Production Part Assembly: Assemble production parts using standard work instructions and tools.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventories of essential parts and hardware, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on parts to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and products within the shop.
  • Material Unloading and Organization: Unload materials from delivery trucks and organize them in the warehouse.
  • Shipping Preparation: Help with arranging, packaging and labeling shipments.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail and quality, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additionally, a growth mindset and ambition to develop manufacturing expertise are highly desirable.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Production Experience: Previous experience in production, manufacturing with CNC lathes and mills, conducting set ups and operating the machines.
  • Tooling Knowledge: Knowledge of lathe and mill tooling and their applications.
  • G-Code Programming: G-Code programming basics.
