We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Clarios, a leading manufacturer of car batteries. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality batteries while adhering to strict quality control standards.

The estimated salary for this role is $20,000 - $25,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description:

  • Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $20,000 - $25,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits include paid vacations, holidays, and personal days, as well as an annual bonus opportunity and health insurance from day one.
  • Job Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Associate, you will produce batteries on the line under close supervision, following standard operating procedures and company policies. Your responsibilities will include slide battery pallets onto and off a conveyor, sort shipping dunnage, maintain efficient production flow, and perform process and quality checks as specified.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need basic computer skills, basic math, reading, and writing skills, and the ability to work all shifts up to 12 hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
