Clinical Support Team Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Support Team at Trinity Health. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care while collaborating with colleagues to maintain accurate documentation and utilize resources effectively.
About the Department:
Our Clinical Support Team cares for a variety of patients in the general departments of medical/surgical, ortho, neuro, post-partum, and telemetry. This is a great opportunity to train in various levels of acuity in the hospital, working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with opportunities for advanced training and career growth.
About the Position:
As a Registered Nurse at Trinity Health, you will serve as a patient advocate, promoting their physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. You will educate patients, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and develop care plans based on patient needs. You will also be expected to demonstrate knowledge and skills to competently care for all assigned age groups, ensure the accuracy of documenting services and supplies provided to patients, and perform and document comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments.

General Requirements:
