Position Overview

Behavioral Health Works (BHW) is seeking dedicated individuals who are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by autism. This role is categorized as a Behavior Technician and is structured as a Part-Time position.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM
  • 10-15 hours per week

Compensation: $21 - $24 per hour based on experience.

Your Role in Making a Difference:

  • Provide direct, one-on-one support to individuals diagnosed with autism in various settings.
  • Utilize research-based techniques to teach communication, socialization, and play skills.
  • Collaborate with BHW clinicians to implement tailored plans for each client.
  • Encourage clients to reach their full potential and celebrate their progress.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of college courses is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Basic technology skills, including tablet usage and electronic documentation.
  • Preferred: Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
