Position Overview:

GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking a skilled BIM/CAD Specialist - Plumbing to enhance our innovative team. This role involves the creation, modification, and upkeep of REVIT models for various projects, ensuring adherence to our BIM/CAD standards for accuracy and consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote, with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plumbing Model Development: Create intricate plumbing models using REVIT based on LiDAR 3D images, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • LiDAR and BIM Coordination: Assist in the capture of LiDAR images and utilize this data to produce reliable REVIT files for plumbing systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to meet design specifications and timelines, participating in coordination meetings to address any discrepancies.
  • Documentation and Quality Assurance: Maintain thorough documentation for plumbing models, implement quality control measures, and prepare regular project status reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
  • Experience in plumbing or construction is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with LiDAR technology and Point Cloud files is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) government background check.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Capability to work remotely and on-site as project demands dictate.
