BIM/CAD Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM/CAD Specialist - Plumbing to join our team at GoldenWolf LLC. As a key member of our facilities management and construction services team, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining REVIT models for both new and ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed plumbing models using REVIT from LiDAR 3D images.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of plumbing models in accordance with project requirements.
- Travel will be required to capture LiDAR images and backcheck of data.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
- Plumbing or construction experience is a plus.
- Experience with LiDAR technology and interpreting Point Cloud files is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
