The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • CPR certification.
