About the Role

The Commercial Coordinator will manage assigned Customer projects and programs from kickoff through launch. The role supports and drives growth by ensuring assigned projects are delivered to our "3-ONs": on-time, on-spec, and on-budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program/Project Management Process - Sets and communicates team and individual responsibilities, establishes review cadence, and follows-through to meet program/project milestones.
  • Customer Presentations and Engagement - Works with executives to prepare and deliver customer-facing updates.
  • Negotiation and Fiduciary Responsibility - Sources and negotiates project-specific 3rd-party products and services with support from the Company's Global Supply Chain team.
  • Estimating and Forecasting - Partners with team members, consultants, and/or contractors to establish specific and achievable timetables and budgets, reports on same.
  • Reporting - Develops, maintains, and delivers regular and ad-hoc program performance and status reports.
  • Effective use of Program/Project Phases - Ensures each phase of assigned projects has proper checks, balances, and stakeholder approvals to avoid shortcuts and missteps in delivering total quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business/Marketing, Liberal Arts, or related field.
  • Well-developed project management skills.
  • Technical aptitude in mechanical and software-based offerings.
  • Demonstrates business, analytical, prioritization, and planning skills.
  • Travel up to 30% or as required.
