Job Description

Venu+ is a global leader in turn-key revenue-share outsourced services, with a focus on guest mobility, storage, experiential souvenirs, photo capture services, and entertainment solutions for high-traffic retail, leisure, and amusement venues globally.

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Coordinator to manage assigned Customer projects and programs from kickoff through launch. The ideal candidate will drive growth by ensuring assigned projects are delivered to our "3-ONs": on-time, on-spec, and on-budget.

The Commercial Coordinator will lead through influence at all levels of the organization, develop rapport and respect with external customers, and work through ambiguity, competing priorities, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program/Project Management Process - Set and communicate team and individual responsibilities, establish review cadence, and follow-through to meet program/project milestones.
  • Customer Presentations and Engagement - Work with executives to prepare and deliver customer-facing updates, lead customer presentations independently.
  • Negotiation and Fiduciary Responsibility - Source and negotiate project-specific 3rd-party products and services, ensure purchases adhere to company policies and ROI-based decision-making.
  • Estimating and Forecasting - Partner with team members to establish timetables and budgets, report on same.
  • Reporting - Develop, maintain, and deliver regular and ad-hoc program performance and status reports.
  • Problem Solving - Predict and identify sources of conflict or problem, develop unique solutions, and work with subject matter experts to diagnose and remediate root causes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years relevant program management and/or customer support business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business/Marketing, Liberal Arts, or related field.
  • Understands workflows, client engagement, and anticipates client needs.
  • Well-developed project management skills, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates business, analytical, prioritization, and planning skills, and is highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Ability to lead through influence and persuasion, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and adapt to changing situations.
  • High energy with a desire to succeed and win, and travel up to 30% or as required.
