About the Role:
The Chief of Case Management Operations is tasked with the comprehensive oversight and strategic direction of the Resource Management Services Program across the organization and its associated service lines.
This role encompasses the representation of Resource & Case Management Services, ensuring adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards across the facility. Responsibilities include managing budgetary functions and fiscal outcomes of the Resource & Case Management Program, leading the Resource Management Department team, developing resources, and implementing strategies while measuring, reporting, and auditing the performance metrics of Case Management Services.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief of Case Management Operations is responsible for crafting both internal and external growth strategies that align with the organization's broader strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in clinical Resource/Case Management Services is essential.
An Associate's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field is required.
A Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
Previous supervisory and/or management experience is strongly favored.
Must maintain current state clinical licensure and/or relevant certifications pertaining to the position (e.g., RN state licensure).
