Director of Case Management

The Director of Case Management is responsible for overseeing the Resources Management Services Program across the facility and affiliated service lines. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, managing budgets, and leading a team of Resource Management Department members.
The Director will develop and implement resource development initiatives, measure and report on Case Management Services Performance Metrics, and collaborate with the facility's strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a strong clinical background, with at least five years of progressive experience in Resource/Case Management Services.
Key qualifications include an Associate's degree in nursing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Supervisory and/or management experience is also highly valued. The successful candidate will hold current state clinical licensure and/or certifications relevant to the position.
Requirements:- Five (5) years of progressive, clinical Resource/Case Management Services experience
- Associate's degree in nursing

- Maintain current state clinical licensure and/or certifications relevant to position
