**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading new clients through the implementation process, overseeing projects from start to completion, and finding creative ways to fit our flexible product to each client's needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and conduct kickoff and status calls with clients to ensure a smooth implementation process.
- Manage implementation projects in a timely and effective manner, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Identify additional client needs and work to provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Coordinate efforts between internal teams to ensure client needs are met, including training, support, and implementation teams.
- Look for opportunities to improve the implementation process and implement changes as needed.
**Requirements**
- Equivalent to completion of 4-years of college-level coursework in a related field and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
- Strong Clinical Information Systems knowledge and experience with EMR/HIS/RIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels.
- PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience developing and implementing training programs and ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and medical imaging knowledge a plus.
