We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fuel Heavy Maintenance Construction Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, and proven experience as a Construction Lead or in a similar construction management role. Key responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations, and leading and supervising on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors. The successful candidate will also have strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
