Mixology Expert

As a key member of the JACKMONT HOSPITALITY INC team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced bar environment.

• Drink Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, adhering to standard recipes and company policies.
• Guest Engagement: Develop a warm and welcoming atmosphere, engaging with guests to understand their preferences and make recommendations.
• Food Coordination: Coordinate food orders from guests seated in the bar area with the kitchen team.
• Upselling and Merchandising: Upsell food or drink items to guests where appropriate, promoting the company's offerings.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Point of Sale Operations: Accurately ring up all orders in the POS system, handling cash, credit card transactions, and making change correctly.
• Brand Standards: Adhere to all relevant brand standards for service, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for guests.

• Appearance and Grooming: Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to the company's uniform standards.
• Technical Skills: Operate the P.O.S. system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions.
• Communication and Conflict Resolution: Respond calmly to angry guests, notify a manager as needed, and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Physical Demands: Frequently lift 30 lb. cases and carry short distances, up or down stairs.
