Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Jackmont Hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our bar area.

• Guest Service: Greet and engage with guests, making them feel welcome and valued.
• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests, following standard recipes and company policies.
• Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu and make recommendations to guests, increasing sales and enhancing their experience.
• Food Coordination: Coordinate food orders from guests seated in the bar area with our kitchen staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell guests on food or drink items, increasing revenue and enhancing their experience.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Point of Sale: Accurately ring up all orders in our POS system, ensuring accurate transactions and minimizing errors.

• Appearance: Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to company-approved uniform standards.
• Technical Skills: Operate our POS system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions.
• Communication: Respond clearly and calmly to guest requests, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
• Physical Demands: Frequently lift 30-pound cases and carry them short distances, up or down stairs.
