Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an experienced Aviation SME to support the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aviation operations and experience in exercise planning using the JELC process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach, coach, and train ARNG Division and Brigade Commanders and Staff counterparts on aviation asset management, coordination, integration, and regulation of airspace effects into planning, training, readiness within Joint Multi-Domain Operations (JMDO) and Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE) context.
  • Replicate the AGA as part of the Movement and Maneuver Warfighting Function (WFF) and serve as the Higher Command (HICOM) AGA staff principle.
  • Prepare and issue all Joint Exercise Lifecyle (JELC) Products in analog format, and digitally via the appropriate Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS).
  • Coordinate, train, and manage HICOM augmenter's that are provided by the training unit's State JFHQ or a sister unit within the State.
Requirements
  • Must have a background of at least twenty (20) years of experience in the Army (active Army, Army Reserve or Army National Guard) and a minimum of two (2) years of experience with exercise planning using the JELC process.
  • Must have senior Army leadership experience with positions in training management backgrounds and Combat Training Center experience.
  • Must have successfully served as a Division G3 Air, or Corps/JTF Air.
