About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new HR system, Workday. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading Aviation Manufacturer and contribute to the growth and development of their HR function.

  • Project Leadership: As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee all aspects of the implementation, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with experts from HR and IT to ensure the new system meets everyone's needs.
  • Strategic Planning: You will create a roadmap for implementing the system and manage any potential issues that arise along the way.
  • System Expertise: You will be a key user of Workday, helping others learn the system and troubleshoot any problems.
  • Data Analysis: You will stay up-to-date on trends in HR and use data to inform decision-making.

What We Offer: Our comprehensive benefits package includes $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, a Bachelor's Degree, and experience with Project Management tools. Data Analytics Certification and SHRM or HRCI certification are preferred.
