As an Account Executive at the Eventlink Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional events and exceeding client expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee project coordination, staff hiring, and event execution under the direction of an Account Director. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining client job folders according to Eventlink requirements
  • Attending internal project meetings, rehearsals, and client status meetings as necessary
  • Preparing and following up on purchase requests, support vehicle requests, graphic production, and coordinating crew travel under the direction of the Account Director
  • Updating load lists and tour calendars in a timely manner and communicating changes to relevant individuals, following up with warehouse staff daily if needed
  • Assisting the Account Director with budget creation as required
  • Collaborating with purchasing to procure event essentials
  • Properly hiring on-site crew and creating job assignments; presenting to the Account Director for final approval
  • Researching new vendors or products specific to projects; establishing good rapport with vendors and providing resource information for inclusion in the resource database
  • Managing all events on-site and any necessary rehearsals
  • Ordering execution and following up with outside vendors providing goods or services for the project
  • Assisting the Account Director in tracking project costs
  • Providing administrative assistance to the assigned client services team on day-to-day activities for assigned clients (opening of job folders, keeping client status reports)
  • Submitting staff timesheets to the Account Director for approval

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related fields is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of field event experience; additional office experience is a plus
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Visio and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to create, utilize, and manage organization templates, timelines, calendars, and key documents
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work to meet critical deadlines, and take direction from multiple people
  • Resourceful and able to troubleshoot and solve problems in a timely and efficient manner

Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum

Estimated Salary Range:$72,200 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
