Senior Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Scout Worx, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel-powered heavy construction equipment maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Perform minor and major repairs on various types of heavy construction equipment.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance and periodic inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of each repair performed and track parts inventory.
- Collaborate with other employees and management to diagnose problems and plan repairs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as a diesel mechanic with expertise in hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Ability to use proprietary manufacturer software for diagnoses and troubleshooting.
- Valid CDL Driving License (Class A is a plus).
- Excellent reading and writing skills, as well as basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, life insurance, short- and long-term disability benefits, and paid time off.
