Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and helpful associate to welcome and assist customers at Ace Hardware of Fort Collins. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front end, checkout areas, and entrance doors.
  • Assist with inventory management, including pricing, stocking, and facing merchandise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including store cleaning and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Cashier and customer experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
