Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Ricoh printers to produce high-quality prints, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain color consistency and accuracy throughout the printing process.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Assist in the start-up and make-ready of running jobs, ensuring efficient and timely production.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in print production or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of print production processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
