Job Description

Role Overview

Project Transition seeks a skilled Behavior Analyst to direct services for our Specialized Supported Housing program. This role involves providing behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop person-centered behavior support plans for program participants.
  • Train staff to implement and document behavior support plans and other treatment/transition plans.
  • Lead staff in reviews of treatment and transition-planning progress with participants.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop programming to support skill development and transitions to less restrictive care.
  • Provide guidance on RBT certification and ongoing supervision for certified staff.
  • Maintain regulatory readiness in all areas of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited behavior analysis program.
  • TN state license as a BCBA for independent practice.
  • At least 3 years' experience in behavior analysis and 1 year supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong teamwork and mentoring abilities, including remote work experience.
