We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at ABC Behavior Therapy LLC. As an integral member of our staff, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

About the Role:

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. You will work closely with our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to implement evidence-based treatment plans that promote skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement behavioral programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, incorporating principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB).

  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans that address cognitive, social, and adaptive skills.

  • Provide direct behavioral services to clients in one-on-one and group settings, promoting skill acquisition and reducing problem behaviors.

  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, including data collection and graphing using software such as Catalyst.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professional colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination and cooperation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong foundation in ABA principles and techniques, including VB and functional analysis.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field.

  • RBT certification within 90 days of employment, with potential opportunities for advancement and specialization.
