About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our DFM organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturability of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to design and implement scalable manufacturing processes
  • Setup and sustain technical operations functions associated with MLB/SiP manufacturing, including SMT and test processes
  • Collaborate with internal and factory-based NPI Operations, Procurement, and Engineering groups to deliver on factory output, yield, and quality
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in System-in-Package (SiP), SMT, molding, laser, PVD/coating technologies
  • Solid quality knowledge and ability to make sound quality decisions based on data
  • Experience working with Asia-based manufacturing suppliers
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people with varying degrees of experience
