Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Geisinger Health System. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Monitor patients during exams and respond to any emergencies
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Radiography (R) certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
