We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a Front Desk Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
  • Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit.
  • Process all check-outs, including resolving any late and disputed charges.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track the readiness of rooms for check-in.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience is required, but previous customer service experience is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $24.18 per hour and includes benefits such as health care, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
