Job Title: Marina Security Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Marina Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of members, guests, and employees at the Fisher Island Club. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive security plan to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the marina and club property to identify potential security threats and take corrective action as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marina Operations to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and safety of all individuals.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches, in a calm and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents and provide regular reports to management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to security and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing security threats and best practices to ensure the club remains a secure and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License.
  • Valid Florida Security License D License.
  • 5-7 years of verifiable experience in security/loss prevention preferably in a Club, Hotel, or Resort setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

The Marina Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to stand, walk, and talk or hear for extended periods. The ability to work in a variety of weather conditions is also required.
