Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Attorney with a focus on Plaintiff's Personal Injury law to join our reputable law firm, Dashevsky Horwitz Kuhn Novello & Sh. The ideal candidate will possess between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a strong understanding of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey legal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial client consultations to assess cases.
  • Manage pre-trial litigation files effectively.
  • Prepare and draft necessary legal documents and pleadings.
  • Oversee litigation discovery processes and depositions.
  • Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
  • Represent clients at Settlement Conferences and Mediations.
  • Prepare for trial proceedings and manage trial cases, including arbitrations and jury trials.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in handling arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
  • Familiarity with the processing of PIP claims in both states.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
