Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing imaging procedures and treatments according to radiology practice standards to aid in the diagnosis and/or treatment of disease.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements procedure/treatment plans utilizing established hospital protocols/guidelines.
  • Completes documentation as required to comply with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Maintains equipment, procedure/treatment rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
  • Participates in hospital and departmental Performance Improvement activities to ensure that patient care is consistent with established standards.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a formal educational program that is accredited by a mechanism which is acceptable to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire date.
  • STATE LICENSE AS REQUIRED;ARRT(R);BLS CERTIFICATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF HIRE
