We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Restorative Care Specialist to join our team at Carolina Therapy Services.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clinical restorative services to patients, working closely with the Director of the Restorative Nursing Program and other members of our team.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients by helping them achieve their full potential through targeted restorative interventions.

You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized plans of care that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical restorative services to patients, including but not limited to, exercises, transfers, and activities of daily living
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement comprehensive plans of care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in restorative care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong background in nursing or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Benefits

At Carolina Therapy Services, we offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
