Job Title: Restoration Specialist

As a Restoration Specialist, you will be responsible for helping to restore homes and businesses after devastating events such as fires and floods. Your work will be crucial in helping people get back on their feet after a disaster.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Following remediation and restoration procedures for disaster cleanup, using the appropriate equipment and personal protection equipment.
  • Clean apartments after move-outs and clean homes and businesses following fire or water damage.
  • Help maintain company equipment.
  • Collect and record detailed documentation about the job, including photos, notes, and videos.
  • Communicate with property owners, showing empathy for their loss.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • A team player mentality.
  • A positive and resilient attitude.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.

The minimum requirements for this job are:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • The ability to walk/stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
  • The ability to wear respiratory protective equipment and PPE.
