Shift Options: Monday- Thursday
Day Shift - 7:00 am- 5:30 pm
Night Shift - 5:00 pm- 3:30 am
Rotation: 2 weeks of nights followed by 2 weeks of days

Produce catalytic samples while adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. Prepare and coat catalyst samples under specific conditions to evaluate design proposals aimed at enhancing catalyst performance or to gather data for development and quality assurance. Operate PSL slurry production and coating machinery, including semi-automated coaters, dryers, continuous mills, and mixers. Utilize laboratory equipment for various testing needs. Document in-process and final product data, including precious metal control and raw material inventory. This involves recording observations and identifying potential issues with new product formulations that may affect scalability. Evaluate test results against specifications and adjust machine settings or procedures accordingly.This position may be ideal for you if you: Possess a high school diploma or GED Have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, including machine operation. Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout your shift Exhibit the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Show a proactive approach, including the capacity to identify and initiate improvement projects while managing multiple tasks. Demonstrate the ability to operate various machinery and interpret data or machine outputs. Have intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications, as well as web-based tools.
