Job Overview

The Senior Financial Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning and management. This includes creating and implementing financial strategies, managing cash flow, and overseeing financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or real estate investment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Controller, VP of Finance, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in commercial real estate finance, investment analysis, and accounting principles.
