Responsibilities

The HVAC/R Technician role involves performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, and humidifiers. Our technicians must have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work safely in elevated locations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • At least 4 years of commercial experience as an HVAC and refrigeration technician
  • An active EPA certification
  • A valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in elevated locations
