Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Design and execute tailored therapy plans that cater to the individual needs and objectives of students.
  • Deliver direct therapy services, including both individual and group sessions.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and school personnel to foster students' overall development.
  • Track and document students' progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Engage in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings, contributing to goal-setting and progress assessments.
  • Remain informed about the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the relevant state.
  • ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, families, and educational staff.
