Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Leader to join our team at Truist Inc. As a key member of our Finance Advisory team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic finance solutions that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic finance plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop financial models to support decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • 12 or more years of experience in finance, FP&A, corporate development, corporate strategy, investment banking, and/or corporate treasury.
  • Mastery of theoretical, practical accounting and finance concepts and techniques that impact profitability.
  • Ability to influence across a broad spectrum of partners and complexities, including senior executives at the highest level of the bank.
  • Proven professionalism and credibility in the banking industry.
  • Master's degree in Finance/related field or equivalent education and related experience.
